		<description>I totally relate.  We did the trek last year with Peru Treks (great company) and I was always the last one to camp.  We trained for months beforehand, but nothing can compare.  Swollen knees, sore muscles, yuck.  However, the views were amazing and I don&#039;t regret it :)</description>

		<description>Congrats on the climb!  I&#039;ve had the privilege of climbing Half Dome in Yosemite twice: a one day 17 mile round-trip hike with a 4,800 feet elevation gain (and drop on the return).  About 5-6 miles of that is granite stairs and surprisingly the trip down is much worse than going up.  Both times I felt like I almost died, but it has been one of the most rewarding things I&#039;ve done.  So, congrats!</description>
