		<description>This is what suprised me about Thailand.  In the rest of mainland SE Asia, particularly Vietnam, tours and transport were so carefully explained and rigidly performed that when they said 2 hours and 15 minutes in the bus, they meant &lt;em&gt;exactly&lt;/em&gt; 2 hours and 15 minutes.

In Thailand, maybe you get the bus, maybe a tuk tuk and maybe still yet some combination of the two plus personal chaffeur to the next bus stop.  But most importantly, nobody will tell you anything other than how much it costs.  Crazy.</description>
